AIMC is seeking qualified and dedicated Clinic Faculty (Clinic Supervisor) to support clinical education and patient care at our Berkeley clinic. This role serves as both a licensed practitioner and an educator, responsible for supervising interns, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site clinical supervision to interns during assigned clinic shifts
Review and approve diagnoses, treatment plans, and all patient documentation
Mentor and evaluate interns through competency assessments and written evaluations
Deliver structured clinical teaching during downtime as appropriate
Ensure compliance with CNT, HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic safety protocols
Inspect treatment rooms and ensure clinic readiness at the end of each shift
Qualifications:
Active California license in Acupuncture and Traditional East Asian Medicine
Minimum of five (5) years of licensed clinical experience
Current CPR certification and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen training
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a teaching clinic environment

主要职责：
在指定诊所时段对实习生进行现场临床督导
审核并签署患者诊断、治疗方案及全部病历记录
对实习生进行能力评估并完成阶段性与期末评价
在诊所空档期开展病例讨论与临床教学
确保遵守无菌操作、HIPAA、OSHA 等安全与合规要求
班后检查诊疗房间，确保下一时段诊所可正常使用
任职要求：
持有加州有效针灸及中医执业执照
至少五年针灸/中医临床执业经验
持有有效 CPR 证书并完成 OSHA 培训
具备良好的沟通能力与教学诊所工作适应能力
