防疫抗疫飲食療法推介 ——沈華舒

——沈華舒

西洋菜老火湯

功效;清燥潤肺,宣肺理氣,化痰止咳

適應癥:肺熱肺燥,咽幹口幹,咽喉腫痛,唇舌幹燥,幹咳少痰,痰黃難出,皮膚幹燥,大便燥結,小便黃赤,煙酒過多,熬夜勞作,睡眠不足,神疲乏力,形體消瘦等。

材料:西洋菜一磅,南北杏各三錢,紅蘿蔔兩大條,羅漢果半個或蜜棗四個,陳皮一大塊,生姜一塊拍扁。非素食者可隨意加入豬骨、瘦肉、雞骨、雞肉等同煲。

做法:幹品藥材冷水沖洗後先浸泡半小時,西洋菜洗凈,骨肉材料冷水下鍋煮開後沖洗幹凈血沫。然後把所有材料放進鍋內,加入適量的冷水,大火燒開轉中小火煲約兩小時即可,飲用時可加鹽調味。若無西洋菜,可用白菜幹或霸王花幹代替。
